Unauthorized Request. Subscriber/Request have been barred.

I can't  acces any web pages and you get an error :
Unauthorized Request. Subscriber/Request have been barred.

Try this:

Change the Aircel APN Settings

  • Access Point Name : aircelgprs.com
  • User name & Password : Blank
  • Dialing Number: *99***1#
 Just changed the APN from aircelgprs.com to aircelgprs . Restart your computer and reconnect your dongle or phone  and you will see that all sites start working.

    use apn aircelgprs instead of aircelinternet or anything else

    problem is solved
