-Click Start >> Run

- Paste the following command into the Run dialog box:
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

-Click OK (A restart may be required)
